Virtual Yoga and Meditation

May 13 and 14 sessions are canceled.

Teresa Adams will be leading the virtual yoga and meditation Zoom sessions.  It is important in these stressful times for all of us to pause, quiet the mind, and be in the present moment.  It not only benefits the body and mind but also improves performance and how we respond to life situations.

Spending even a few minutes in mind-body practice can reconnect you with a sense of calm and inner peace. Anyone can practice meditation. It’s simple, inexpensive, and doesn’t require any special equipment. You can bring mindfulness to any of your daily activities… out for a walk, waiting at the doctor’s office, or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting. The evidence is in, meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health.  Teresa Adams, is a mind-body practitioner, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and proprietor of Being Human Yoga.
