Virtual Yoga and Meditation
Teresa Kruger will be leading the virtual yoga and meditation sessions. It is important in these stressful times for all of us to pause, quiet the mind, and be in the present moment. It not only benefits the body and mind but also improves performance and how we respond to life situations.
Spending even a few minutes in mind-body practice can reconnect you with a sense of calm and inner peace. Anyone can practice meditation. It’s simple, inexpensive and doesn’t require any special equipment. You can bring mindfulness to any of your daily activities… out for a walk, waiting at the doctor’s office, or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting. The evidence is in, meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. Teresa Kruger, is a mind-body practitioner, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and proprietor of Being Human Yoga.
- Meditation is on Fridays at 12:00 p.m. noon starting June 12 through July 22.
- Yoga is on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. starting June 17 through July 24.
