David Tank

Local author/photographer David Tank will present a fun story-time reading of his newest children’s book “The Lumberjack and the EagleThursday, November 1 , 2012, at 6:30 p.m. at the Menomonie Public Library.

Children will be delighted by Tank’s animated reading of the picture book and learn a new song based on this tall tale. They’ll also get a chance to try out a lumberjack, a type of dancing puppet that could have been created by lumberjacks out of scrap wood long ago.

“Copies of “The Lumberjack and the Eagle” will be available for purchase and signing at the event.
